Our Approach

At Tranquility Outreach Support Services, we try to understand tour needs from your perspective. What does this mean in practice? We will meet with all new participants individually to get to know you individually and listen to what you think will work best for you.

We have a team of support workers who come from different cultural backgrounds and who are able to understand your intersecting needs.

Who do we support?

We support children, adolescents and adults who have a range of needs. Our staff also have the option of accessing further training and support to better understand your unique needs.
